Eco-Awareness Workshop Certificate of Completion Requirements

1) Live attendance at all 7 sessions (intro/orientation and 6 workshop sessions) is

preferred as each class builds on the next and we are forming a small group learning

community. In order to receive the certificate, you must either attend all 6 workshop

sessions live - or - attend at least 4 of the 6 workshops sessions live (does not include

the intro/orientation) and for the 1-2 sessions that were missed, must watch the

recording and send in written answers to discussions questions raised in the missed

session within seven days of the missed session (approx. 2-3 paragraphs). The

intro/orientation may be attended live or you may watch the recording.

2) Complete the project's on-line evaluation within 48 hours of the workshop

ending. This may be in addition to the UCSD workshop evaluation, if applicable. You will

then be considered a workshop graduate and receive:

a certificate within two weeks of the workshop ending,
access to resources, and
invitations to quarterly graduate gatherings, generally in March, June, September and December.

Eco-Awareness Workshop Continuing Education Credits

Psychologists: Continuing Education Credit for this program is provided by UC San

Diego Center for Mindfulness. The UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness is approved

by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for

psychologists. The UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness maintains responsibility for

this program and its content. This course offers 12.5 CE credit.

California licensed MFTs, LPCCs, LEPs, LCSWs: Continuing Education Credit for this

program is provided by UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness. The UC San Diego

Center for Mindfulness is approved by the American Psychological Association to

sponsor continuing education for psychologists. 12.5 CE credit may be applied to your

license renewal through the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. For those licensed

outside California, please check with your local licensing board to determine if CE credit

is accepted.

Nurses: UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness is approved by the California Board of

Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP16351, for 15.0 contact hours.

$50 fee per person for UCSD CEs.

CE attendance requirements: Must attend all workshop sessions live, in full.
